Semi-detached house, Mosman

The client’s two-storey semi-detached house was dark with a poor layout that did not make the most of its potential. Only a small north-facing bathroom window provided a glimpse of the fabulous district scenery.

Both levels at the rear of the house were thoroughly gutted and reconfigured, improving the layout and functionality of the space and maximising the abundant northern light and stunning views.

Spacious new decks enhanced the connection to the garden, creating a delightful outdoor entertaining area for family gatherings and social events.

The renovation both modernised the home and significantly increased its livability and appeal.
